This is right outside of my bedroom window i ve literally just decided to do this now but just one thing i want to do this only at night when my parents have gone to bed so i can have it private to me it looks pretty safe because its only a few steps away from that bump as you can see.

I m assuming for the sake of this answer the hypothetical roof sitter is not doing anything else such as using illegal drugs drinking underage threatening suicide etc.

Getting on and of the ladder is probably the most dangerous part.
Go into your attic to look at the roof decking from below to see if there are any problem areas where there might have been a leak which caused some rot.
