Given that you know the location of the wiring or pipe you need access to the job is a matter of cutting into the drywall clearing out a space and attaching a small door.
Apply a bead of acrylic latex caulk along the back of the frame going all the way around to leave about bead.
If you do make the frame size it so that it will hide the edges of the drywall panel.
Remove the panel cover from its frame using a pen knife or screwdriver to pry at one of the slots.

Insert the provided backing rim through the door opening at an angle so it fits between.
For framing stock you can select economical flat lumber or opt for a decorative molding.

Set the frame into the square hole and press firmly to spread the caulk sticking it to the wall.
