How to install plywood wall panels.
For best results set the paneling in the room for a few days before you install it.
Use a trowel and apply a 1 4 inch thick layer of frp adhesive to the back side of the first panel.

Make sure the first panel is plumb to the wall.
Load a caulking gun with a tube of panel adhesive and apply a small dab of it on the wall about every 10 inches.
Plywood comes in 4 by 8 foot sheets 32 square feet so if you want to cover a 10 by 10 foot wall you ll need 100 square feet of wood to cover it completely so you d buy four sheets.
Make sure the edge of the panel lines up with the marks drawn on the ceilings and begin screwing the panel into place.
Measure the width and height of the wall to determine how much wood you ll need.
Loosen the helper a tiny bit if needed.
The sheets of plywood are 4 x 8 so you can simply calculate how many of them you will need to cover your area.
