Install the center bearing and the right spring then secure the cones.

Insert the bolts in the stationary cones of the new torsion spring and insert the bolts in the slots on the spring anchor bracket.
Thread the cables and tighten.
Repeat this process on the other side of the door.
Make sure that the bearing is inside the stationary cone.
Lock the door open again with c clamps or locking pliers and stretch the extension springs another one to two inches with the garage door in its fully open position.
Tie the extension spring to the roller track then detach the cable from the bottom bracket with a pair of pliers.

When your new springs arrive put the new left spring.
Slide the left spring onto the tube and add the cable drum.
