How to hang a door mirror on the wall.

Turn the mirror face down on a flat surface. Find a place to hang the mirror. Mark the location of the top edge and the center of the frame. Hold the mirror on the wall where you want it to hang.

Next measure the width of the door divide that number in half to get the precise center of the door and mark the center on the height line with a pencil. Hold the mirror against the wall at the desired position. Parallel to the lines you ve drawn but about 1 inch 2 5 cm inside stick 4 pieces of painter s tape to the wall. Make sure you have enough space on the wall for the mirror and otherwise decide how you want it positioned relative to other items on the wall and in the room.

Finding a stud can be useful but not necessary if you have a strong enough hanger. To hang a door mirror hold the mirror at the height you want it on the door and mark where the top of the mirror hits. Hold your mirror up to the wall to see how much space it will take up. Hold the mirror in place for 30 seconds before removing pressure.

Hold the mirror against the wall in your desired position and mark the top and bottom corners using a pencil. Place a scrap piece of wood that is approximately half as long as the mirror is wide underneath the hanging wire on back of the frame. Remove the remaining liners on the double sided tape. Use a level to ensure that the mirror will not hang crooked.

Use a screwdriver to remove the screws that attach the door hooks to the frame of the mirror. Stick the mirror to the wall. Set the mirror down.
